Onze partner is een internationale speler uit regio Waregem en is actief binnen de bouwmaterialensector, met meerdere vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland. De productie draait op moderne installaties die continu worden geüpdatet. Jaarlijks wordt er stevig geïnvesteerd in verdere groei en technologische vooruitgang. Om de site in goede banen te leiden gaan ze nu op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Productiemanager.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Production Manager neem je de leiding over een uitgebreide productieafdeling van 70 collega's
  • Daarnaast coach en ontwikkel je teamleaders, ingenieurs en ondersteunende profielen met focus op prestaties en groei
  • Samen met je team realiseer je productie-KPI’s rond kwaliteit, rendement en volumes en werk je aan verdere automatisatie
  • Verder detecteer je efficiëntieverbeteringen en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties binnen CI- en OPEX-trajecten
  • Tot slot zorg je voor vlotte interne communicatie, stem je af met technische diensten en rapporteer je over bottlenecks en optimalisaties
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een technische of industriële richting, bij voorkeur als ingenieur elektromechanica
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring in het aansturen van grotere teams (vanaf 50 FTE's) binnen een productieomgeving
  • Bovendien beschik je over sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met automatisatie, CI en OPEX
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels
