Drijf jij op het scherpst van de snede als het gaat om het optimaliseren van een hoogwaardig productieproces? En zoek je een rol waarin jouw leiderschap direct zichtbaar is in het rendement en de werksfeer? Voor onze opdrachtgever - een toonaangevend industrieel bedrijf in de ruime regio rond Wervik - zoeken wij een daadkrachtige en analytische Production Manager.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je vertaalt de strategische doelstellingen naar strakke actieplannen en waarborgt dat dagelijkse targets ruimschoots gehaald worden.
  • Je analyseert bottlenecks, brengt de OEE naar een hoger niveau en implementeert Lean-methodieken (5S, Kaizen, WCM) om verspilling structureel te elimineren.
  • Je stelt afdelingshoofden en shiftleaders in staat optimaal te presteren. Samen met hen bouw je aan een cultuur van continue verbetering en absolute aandacht voor veiligheid (HSE).
  • Je trekt nauw op met Supply Chain, Kwaliteit en Onderhoud om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken en de goederenstroom naadloos te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van productiekosten en KPI-rapportages, en rapporteert hierover direct aan de directie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een masterdiploma (Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) gecombineerd met minstens 5 tot 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende in een industriële productieomgeving (textielervaring is een duidelijke plus).
  • Een vloeiende beheersing van het Frans is onmisbaar voor de dagelijkse communicatie op de werkvloer. Goede kennis van het Engels is vereist.
  • Data-gedreven, sterke analytische blik, pragmatisch en een coachende leiderschapsstijl die mensen enthousiasmeert en meeneemt.
