As Production Manager LPSD, you lead Premix, Liquid Process and Spray Dry, driving safe, reliable and efficient production while strengthening teams and improving performance. Wat ga je doen? Tasks and responsibilities: - Leading the Premix, Liquid Process & Spray Dry production organization with focus on people, safety, quality, service and cost - Delivering production plans through effective use of people, equipment and resources - Driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and operational performance - Developing, coaching and empowering production leaders and teams - Using data and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities - Leading problem solving and decision making during operational challenges, escalations and production disruptions - Partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments on site-wide objectives, investments and transformation initiatives - Contributing to the future direction of the Nijmegen site Het aanbod Mead Johnson Nutrition offers an inspiring and innovative work environment where quality, compliance and product safety are central.
