Zoek jij een sleutelrol binnen een dynamische KMO waar de lijnen kort zijn, initiatief wordt beloond en jouw beslissingen écht het verschil maken? Voor een ambitieuze, snelgroeiende onderneming in de regio Zwevegem zoeken we een hands-on Production Manager. In deze rol neem jij de leiding over de volledige fabriekswerking. Je combineert tactisch inzicht met aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om de productie naar een hoger niveau te tillen op vlak van efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt direct de teamcaptains aan en introduceert een cultuur van continue verbetering en samenwerking op de vloer (ca. 60 medewerkers).
  • Je stuurt op rendement, levertermijnen en productkwaliteit. Je analyseert de cijfers en stelt bij waar nodig.
  • Je brengt goederenstromen en magazijnprocessen in kaart en implementeert slimmere werkmethodes (Lean/ERP) om verspilling tegen te gaan.
  • In nauw overleg met de technische dienst zie je toe op het preventief onderhoud en de opbrengst van de installaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, Logistiek en HR, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een technisch Bachelor- of Masterdiploma met een eerste geslaagde leidinggevende ervaring in een productie-omgeving.
  • Een daadkrachtige people manager die besluitvaardig is, rust uitstraling brengt in drukke periodes en mensen weet te verbinden.
  • Vlotte kennis van ERP-pakketten (ervaring met MS Dynamics 365 of magazijnsoftware is een troef) en een datagestuurde aanpak.
  • Je zit niet enkel achter een bureau, maar bent regelmatig op de vloer te vinden om knelpunten direct aan te pakken.
