Ervaring met het aansturen van productie en sterk in procesverbetering? Als Production Manager zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning veilig, tijdig, kwalitatief en kostenefficiënt wordt uitgevoerd. Je stuurt het productieteam aan, bewaakt de KPI's over de verschillende ploegen en werkt nauw samen met maintenance, planning, engineering, kwaliteit en HR.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in een industriële productieomgeving in Wevelgem. Veiligheid staat voorop, maar daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties en verdere ontwikkeling van de volledige productieorganisatie.

• Je zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning over alle ploegen correct wordt uitgevoerd

• Je bewaakt productie KPI's rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, output, efficiëntie en kosten

• Je zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen duidelijk zijn en gedragen worden binnen de verschillende teams

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en de bijhorende QHSE thema's

• Je analyseert processen en zoekt structureel naar mogelijkheden om beter te werken

• Je bouwt verder aan een cultuur van continuous improvement

• Je zet verbeteracties om in concrete veranderingen op de werkvloer

• Je werkt nauw samen met maintenance, productieplanning, process engineering, kwaliteit en HR

• Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers en leidinggevenden binnen productie

• Je voert evaluatiegesprekken en volgt prestaties en ontwikkeling op

• Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers over de juiste kennis, opleiding en middelen beschikken

• Je gebruikt Lean, SPC en gestructureerde problem solving om productieproblemen bij de oorzaak aan te pakken

Dit is een brede operationele managementfunctie. Je kijkt naar cijfers en processen, maar moet vooral begrijpen wat er op de productievloer gebeurt en mensen meekrijgen in veranderingen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie of manufacturing

• Je hebt een masteropleiding of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring

• Je hebt ervaring met Lean en continuous improvement

• Je bent vertrouwd met SPC en gestructureerde methodes voor probleemoplossing

• Je begrijpt technische en procesparameters en hun invloed op kwaliteit en productie

• Je kunt productiegegevens analyseren en vertalen naar concrete acties

• Je hebt ervaring met het coachen, ontwikkelen en aansturen van teams

• Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels

• Je kunt veranderingen doorvoeren en blijft opvolgen tot afspraken ook daadwerkelijk in de praktijk werken
