Het afhandelen van afwijkingen en communiceren over de voortgang met interne stakeholders en (externe) leveranciers. Taken: - Het volgen van voortgang van productieorders in ERP ten opzichte van plan, met aandacht voor afwijkingen. - Frequent overleg met de voormannen over de operationele voortgang van orders. - Zorgdragen voor de volledigheid van orders die vrijgegeven worden richting productie. - Bewaking van beschikbaarheid van ruw materiaal (inclusief coördinatie van fysiek tellingen) en prioriteitsaansturing bij goederenontvangst en zagerij. - Het vastleggen in ERP van voortgangsinformatie (zoals bevestigingen, wijzigingen, etc.) vanuit productie en uitbestedingen. Daarbij anticiperen op mogelijke consequenties. - Het communiceren over levertijden en afwijkingen van productieorders richting interne stakeholders en (externe) leveranciers. Functie-eisen en kerncompetenties Functie-eisen: - Werk- en denkniveau MBO 4 of hoger. - Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift. - Kennis van zowel het logistiek- als het productieproces ten aanzien van machinepark. - Ervaring in het werken met ERP. - Tenminste 2 jaar werkervaring in een verspanende omgeving. - Tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring met een soortgelijke rol.
