Bereich: Supply Chain

Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden/Woche)

Startdatum: ab sofort

Als einer der führenden heimischen Getränkepartner versorgt Coca-Cola HBC Österreich den gesamten österreichischen Markt mit einem auf die Bedürfnisse von rund 60.000 Kundinnen und Kunden abgestimmten Produktsortiment - 24 Stunden am Tag, sieben Tage die Woche.

In dieser spannenden Position als Production Planner (m/w/d) bist du für die Erstellung von täglichen und wöchentlichen Produktionsplänen verantwortlich. Zudem gehören auch diverse administrative sowie organisatorische Tätigkeiten zu deinem Aufgabenfeld.

DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN:

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Produktionsplanung unserer bekannten Marken wie Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta und Mezzo Mix für den österreichischen Markt. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass die Produktion optimal auf die Kundennachfrage und Sales-Entwicklung abgestimmt ist und die verfügbaren Produktionskapazitäten effizient genutzt werden

* Du koordinierst die spezifischen Anforderungen und Kapazitäten verschiedener Abteilungen wie Produktion, Lager, Sirupraum, Qualitätsabteilung und Planung, um einen effizienten Produktionsplan mit Fokus auf die Kundenbedürfnisse zu erstellen

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Umsetzung aller kommerziellen Aktivitäten in der Produktion, die von Sales sowie im wöchentlichen SOP-Prozess kommuniziert werden

* Perspektivisch entwickelst du dich in Richtung einer Führungsposition weiter, mit dem Ziel, künftig das Planning Team zu leiten und deinen Line Manager bei operativen Themen aktiv zu unterstützen

SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN?

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung mit und hast idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Forecasting, Planung oder in einem vergleichbaren Supply-Chain-Umfeld

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP

* Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Supply-Chain-Prozesse und bereichsübergreifende Abhängigkeiten und bringst ein starkes analytisches Verständnis mit

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und teamorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Anfragen und kurzfristigen Änderungen einen guten Überblick

Gehalt:

Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt. Wenn du die oben genannten Voraussetzungen erfüllst, kannst du mit einem Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.000,- brutto/Monat (ausgehend von einer Vollzeitstelle/ 38,5 Wochenstunden, All-in, Bonus on Top) rechnen. Entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine höhere Überzahlung möglich. Das letztgültige Gehalt klären wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
