The posting

Production | Quality Control | Team Leadership | Rework | 5S | 3-Shift System

As a Production & Quality Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Operators and Inspectors. You organize the daily workload based on priorities, skills and available capacity, while ensuring that quality and production targets are achieved.

As a Production & Quality Team Leader, you supervise Operators and Inspectors and ensure that production, inspection and rework activities are performed according to the required quality and safety standards.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, coaching and motivating Operators and Inspectors
  • Coordinating inspection, quality control and rework activities
  • Performing first-off checks, line audits and spot checks
  • Monitoring quality and ensuring non-conforming products are correctly identified
  • Following up on production output, scrap and rework
  • Training and supporting new team members
  • Ensuring compliance with safety requirements, PPE and 5S standards
  • Reporting and escalating quality, safety or operational issues

You also ensure accurate shift reporting and maintain proper traceability of inspected and reworked products.

Your profile

  • Experience in a production, manufacturing or quality control environment
  • Experience in supervising or coaching employees is a strong asset
  • Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
  • Hands-on, communicative and well organized
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong focus on quality, safety and operational efficiency
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
