Als Production Supervisor bij C-Wood zorg jij ervoor dat onze productie elke dag op volle kracht kan draaien. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen productie, planning en administratie en zorgt dat mensen, materialen en machines perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Je houdt het overzicht op de werkvloer, vertaalt de productie- en leveringsplanning naar duidelijke prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Zo help je het team om deadlines te halen, zonder toegevingen te doen op vlak van kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Daarbij neem je ownership. Je stuurt zowel onze eigen medewerkers als onderaannemers aan, zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en creëert een gestructureerde productieomgeving waarin iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de planning niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook op de werkvloer werkt.

Wat ga je doen?

Productie & planning

  • Je vertaalt de productie- en leveringsplanning naar een duidelijke en werkbare planning op de vloer.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse productie nauwgezet op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je coördineert en motiveert medewerkers en onderaannemers in de werkplaats.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze productieprocessen.
  • Je houdt zicht op capaciteit, materialen en prioriteiten zodat het team efficiënt kan blijven produceren.
  • Je denkt actief mee over continue verbetering van processen en werkwijzen.
  • Je zoekt naar mogelijkheden om de inzet en efficiëntie van onze machines verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je grijpt in wanneer knelpunten ontstaan en zoekt samen met het team naar praktische oplossingen.

Communicatie & organisatie

  • Je houdt acties, prioriteiten en openstaande punten correct en gestructureerd bij.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen de werkvloer en de betrokken collega’s.
  • Je stemt nauw af met collega’s binnen C-Wood en andere afdelingen binnen Cordeel Group.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken duidelijk zijn en worden opgevolgd.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van een productieomgeving waar elke dag iets beweegt.

Je hebt:

  • ervaring binnen een productie-, atelier- of werkplaatsomgeving. Ervaring binnen hout, schrijnwerk of een bouwgerelateerde omgeving is een sterke troef;
  • sterke leadership skills, je voelt je comfortabel in het aansturen en opvolgen van medewerkers en onderaannemers;
  • affiniteit met houtbewerking, maatwerk of industriële productie;
  • digitaal vaardig en kunt vlot werken met computers en administratieve systemen;
  • een geldig heftruckattest;
  • sterke communicatieve skills, je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit: je ziet wat moet gebeuren en pakt dit volledig aan.

Je bent:

  • stressbestendig en kan snel prioriteiten verleggen;
  • georganiseerd, administratief nauwkeurig;
  • een natuurlijke trekker in een team.
