Onze opdrachtgever is een vooraanstaand, internationaal actief Belgisch productiebedrijf dat bekendstaat om zijn innovatieve en hoogwaardige materialen. Met meerdere vestigingen wereldwijd en een geavanceerde productie-site in de regio Menen, combineert de organisatie gestage groei met een no-nonsense, dynamische en mensgerichte bedrijfscultuur. Ter versterking van het team zoeken zij een gedreven Production Supervisor Machining & Robotics die mensgericht leiderschap combineert met affiniteit voor CNC-technologie en geautomatiseerde robotcellen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • People Management: Je stelt dagelijkse prioriteiten op, coacht je team, stimuleert persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bouwt aan een positieve, motiverende werksfeer op de werkvloer.
  • Operationele Aansturing: Je waarborgt de continuïteit en efficiëntie van een modern machinepark (bestaande uit CNC-machines en geautomatiseerde robotcellen).
  • Performance & KPI-opvolging: Je monitort en optimaliseert belangrijke productieparameters zoals uptime, output, kwaliteit, veiligheid en OEE.
  • Continuous Improvement: Je analyseert productieprocessen en neemt het voortouw in verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, automatisering en standaardisatie.
  • Samenwerking: Je vormt de brug tussen de werkvloer en ondersteunende diensten (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Kwaliteit) en rapporteert aan de Operations Director.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Leidinggevende ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of coördineren van medewerkers binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Technische affiniteit: Sterke affiniteit met CNC-gestuurde bewerkingsmachines en/of geautomatiseerde robotcellen.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer, pakt problemen pragmatisch aan en geeft het goede voorbeeld.
  • Analytisch & Oplossingsgericht: Inzicht in KPI-management, procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement (Lean/5S).
  • Communicatief: Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels of Frans. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.
