Elektronica monteur / assemblagemedewerker – dagdienst

Regio: Olen/ Kempen | Voltijds | Dagdienst | Optie vast

Heb jij een passie voor elektronica en fijnmechanica en werk je graag met je handen? Ben jij iemand die rustig en nauwkeurig te werk gaat en voldoening haalt uit het correct opbouwen van technische systemen?

Voor een groeiende hightech productieomgeving in regio Olen zoekt Unique technisch talent voor de assemblage van elektronische systemen.

Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring als elektronica-operator te hebben. Ook kandidaten die vanuit een technische hobby veel kennis hebben opgebouwd – bijvoorbeeld door computers te demonteren en herstellen, componenten te vervangen of te solderen – komen in aanmerking.

Jouw job als elektronica monteur

Je werkt mee aan de fijnmontage en assemblage van elektronische systemen. Je bouwt verschillende componenten zorgvuldig samen volgens technische specificaties en werkinstructies.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je monteert en assembleert elektronische componenten en systemen.
  • Je bouwt onderdelen nauwkeurig in een technische behuizing of kast.
  • Je leest en volgt werkinstructies, technische documenten en schema's.
  • Je voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Je controleert of alle componenten correct gemonteerd en aangesloten zijn.
  • Je helpt bij het opsporen van montagefouten en technische problemen.
  • Je denkt logisch mee wanneer iets niet volgens verwachting werkt.
  • Je registreert je werkzaamheden en productieresultaten nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit productie en engineering.
  • Je draagt bij aan verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, ordelijke en kwalitatieve werkplek.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met technische interesse, fijne motoriek en oog voor detail.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (secundair, graduaat of bachelor) of je hebt relevante technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in elektronica, techniek en fijnmontage.
  • Ervaring met solderen is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van elektronische componenten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Misschien sleutel je in je vrije tijd aan computers, elektronica of andere technische toestellen.
  • Je kunt technische of geschreven werkinstructies goed begrijpen en opvolgen.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en geconcentreerd.
  • Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee wanneer je een probleem moet oplossen.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Je bent niet bang om vragen te stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels.
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega's met verschillende achtergronden.
  • Ook schoolverlaters met een sterke technische interesse zijn welkom. Praktische ervaring of een technische hobby kan in deze functie zeker een meerwaarde zijn.
