For a production company in the The Hague region, we are looking for motivated new colleagues. You will receive paid training, work alongside your own buddy and follow a fixed 3-shift schedule with every weekend free. After one year, you will become an employee of the client directly. Good work! Over de functie In this position, you work as part of a fixed team within a continuous production environment. Your focus is on making sure products are handled correctly, checked carefully and prepared for the next stage of the process. You monitor what is happening during your shift, register production information and make sure the right materials are available when needed. If you notice a quality issue or something unusual in the process, you report it immediately. A tidy, safe and organised workplace is also an important part of the job. Previous production experience is not necessary. You will start with internal training and be linked to an experienced buddy. This colleague will show you the work in practice and help you learn the machines, procedures and safety standards at your own pace.
