Productmanager Commercieel gedreven, besluitvaardig en kansgericht - Deventer - HBO Functieprofiel Als Productmanager bij Enstall in Deventer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de strategie, ontwikkeling en commerciële prestaties van een complete productlijn met innovatieve montagesystemen voor zonnepanelen. De Productmanager beheert een productportfolio die door heel Europa wordt verkocht en zorgt ervoor dat de producten blijven aansluiten op de behoeften van klanten, marktontwikkelingen en commerciële ambities van Enstall. Je ziet kansen in de markt, vertaalt deze naar producteisen en -strategieën en hebt daarmee directe invloed op het succes en groei van de productlijn. De Productmanager beweegt zich continu tussen commercie, techniek en strategie. Je bewaakt de voortgang, het financiële overzicht en commerciële doelstellingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat de markt vandaag vraagt, maar juist naar de kansen van morgen. De Productmanager bepaalt welke ontwikkelingen waarde toevoegen, welke producten verder ontwikkeld moeten worden en waar nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden ontstaan. Daarnaast bezoek je installateurs, groothandels, ontwikkelhubs, partners en vakbeurzen om de ontwikkelingen in de markt te volgen en nieuwe kansen te signaleren. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Product Management en werkt intensief samen met Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations en Supply Chain. Je begrijpt de techniek achter de producten en weet deze te vertalen naar de commerciële propositie die aansluit op de markt. Daarbij denk je buiten de bestaande lijnen en behoudt je oog voor detail. Je hoeft daarvoor geen engineer te zijn, maar begrijpt de techniek goed genoeg om de juiste afwegingen te maken en collega's, klanten en stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw visie om de productlijn verder te laten groeien.
