Wij zijn een kleine gespecialiseerde fietstouroperator in Utrecht gespecialiseerd in reizen voor racefietsers en gravel bikers in Europa. VeloTours is onderdeel van Central Events BV, een sportevenementenorganisatie in Utrecht met een enthousiast, jong team van ca. acht medewerkers. We zijn voor VeloTours op zoek naar een product manager die houdt van een breed takenpakket. Organisatie OrganisatieVeloTours is een onderdeel/handelsnaam van Central Events B.V. Het team van VeloTours bestaat op dit moment uit een productmanager, back-office medewerker en wordt ondersteund voor de marketing door een marketeer die voor alle activiteiten van Central Events werkt. Je overlegt wekelijks met de directie van Central Events over voortgang, budgetten en plannen. Wat ga je doen? In deze zelfstandige functie maak je van je hobby ook je beroep en zorg je voor de ontwikkeling van vele gave fietsreizen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele opzet en uitvoering van het reisprogramma van VeloTours. Zowel in operationele, strategische en financiële zin. - Je ontwikkelt een jaarplan (in eerste instantie in samenwerking met de directie) met productaanbod en stelt de begroting op. - Je zorgt dat de reizen tot stand komen (inkoop hotels, vervoer, aanvullende diensten) - Je calculeert en begroot de de reizen - Je zorgt dat de reizen (op tijd) boekbaar en beschikbaar zijn op de website - Je helpt mee in een stuk promotie van de reizen (ter afstemming met het marketingteam) - Je gaat af en toe mee als reisbegeleider en regelt reisleiding voor de andere reizen - Je verzorgt de reisbescheiden/deelnemersinformatie voor alle reizen - Je bent de back-up voor de medewerker back-office en omgekeeerd Wat bieden wij? - Plezier in je werk; - Toffe collega's en een informele werksf...
