Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Business Analysts, front-end developers en andere stakeholders om requirements te vertalen naar realiseerbare oplossingen en een soepel ontwikkelproces. Je past het Rabobank Design System toe, breidt componentenbibliotheken uit en draagt bij aan schaalbare processen en continue verbetering binnen het team. Vereist profiel - Minimaal 6+ jaar relevante ervaring in UX- of productdesign, bij voorkeur met complexe, financiële producten. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van grote ontwerpvraagstukken en het creëren van eenvoudige, intuïtieve oplossingen voor complexe problemen. - Sterke vaardigheden in Figma en prototyping; ervaring met gebruikersonderzoek, ideation en het faciliteren van workshops. - Ervaring met design systems en samenwerken met front-end development om componenten te implementeren en te optimaliseren. - Bewezen vermogen om meerdere projecten en strakke tijdslijnen te managen en daarbij aantoonbare bedrijfswaarde te leveren. - Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie, en overtuigend presenteren aan senior stakeholders. - Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en comfortabel in verkennende beginfases; sterk in stakeholdermanagement en het creëren van draagvlak. - In staat om fulltime (36 uur) hybride ...
