Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een productmanager. In deze commerciële functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen productgroep en vorm je de schakel tussen inkoop en verkoop. Wat ga je verder doen als productmanager? - Bepalen van de commerciële koers en inspelen op ontwikkelingen en nieuwe kansen in de markt; - Aansturen van de inkoop en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en belangrijke klanten; - Bewaken van de voorraad en op tijd signaleren van tekorten, overschotten en producten met een korte houdbaarheid; - Verbeteren van het assortiment en daarbij letten op prijs, kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid; - Bijhouden en presenteren van resultaten, voorraden en marges en verbeteren van processen binnen inkoop en verkoop. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als productmanager, inkoper, accountmanager of in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie; - Met jouw commerciële inzicht herken je kansen in de markt en weet je de juiste keuzes te maken; - Door data en analyses slim te gebruiken, kom je tot concrete acties en goed onderbouwde beslissingen; - Je communiceert makkelijk en overtuigend en bouwt goede relaties op met leveranciers, klanten en collega's; - Met een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur Frans kun je goed uit de voeten. Affiniteit met producten uit de zee is mooi meegenomen, maar nieuwsgierigheid en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
