Als productmanager Informatievoorziening (IV) geef je invulling aan het eigenaarschap op de generieke onderdelen uit onze informatievoorziening. Denk hierbij aan de digitale werkplek, de IT-infrastructuur op alle gemeentelijke locaties en generieke diensten zoals telefonie en printen. Je houdt samen met onze leveranciers onze IT-diensten toekomstbestendig en signaleert tijdig wanneer vernieuwing, uitbreiding of investeringen nodig zijn. Bij incidenten zorg je samen met leveranciers voor een snelle oplossing. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het capacity- en assetmanagement van onze generieke producten en diensten. Je houdt de administratie op orde, bent verantwoordelijk voor Sofware Asset Management, bewaakt het gebruik van IT-middelen en controleert de facturen van onze IT- en telecomleveranciers. Zo zorg je voor grip op kosten, capaciteit en kwaliteit. Dit ga je doen - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en toekomstbestendigheid van onze digitale werkplek en IT-infrastructuur - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de vernieuwing en doorontwikkeling (lifecyclemanagement) van de digitale werkplek en IT-infrastructuur en adviseert over financiering en vervanging - Je zorgt voor een actuele en betrouwbare assetadministratie en voert waar nodig verbeteringen door - Je monitort de omvang in de generi...
