Jij ziet waar de markt beweegt, welke producten commerciële kansen bieden en hoe we onze franchisenemers helpen om meer rendement uit hun assortiment te halen. Vanuit onze vestigingen bieden we klanten een ruime keuze in onder andere verwarming, elektra en klimaatbeheersing. Met jouw marktgevoel, productkennis en overtuigingskracht versterk je onze positie in de branche. Wat ga je doen? Als Productmanager Installatietechniek vertaal je marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en input van franchisenemers naar concreet assortiment- en productbeleid. Je bepaalt samen met de formulemanagers welke producten we toevoegen, aanscherpen of uitfaseren en kijkt daarbij scherp naar omzetkansen, marge, onderscheidend vermogen en rendement. Je schakelt actief met franchisenemers, formulemanagement, marketing en leveranciers/groothandels. Je daagt leveranciers uit op assortiment, propositie, prijsstelling en commerciële ondersteuning, en vertaalt kansen naar duidelijke keuzes en acties. Bij franchise- en regiovergaderingen neem jij franchisenemers mee in trends, productkansen en commerciële mogelijkheden binnen W&ET. Daarbij werk je samen met interne collega's die inkoopcondities, bonusdata en procesinformatie borgen. Jouw focus ligt op de commerciële doorvertaling: een sterk assortiment, betere verkoopkracht in de vestigingen en een bijdrage aan groei en marge. Wie zoeken we?
