Bij Venster Techniek ontwikkelen en maken we slimme oplossingen voor de kozijnindustrie. We groeien, bouwen aan een nieuwe fabriek en blijven onze producten en productie verder ontwikkelen. Daar zoeken we een Productontwikkelaar bij die graag nieuwe oplossingen bedenkt én ervoor zorgt dat ze in de praktijk werken. Wat ga je doen? Als Productontwikkelaar werk je aan nieuwe producten en verbeter je wat we al maken. Je kijkt naar wat klanten nodig hebben, volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt en vertaalt die naar praktische technische oplossingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - ontwikkelen en verbeteren van producten; - vertalen van klantwensen naar technische oplossingen; - verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor productgroepen; - maken en beheren van productspecificaties; - ontwikkelen en beoordelen van prototypes; - uitvoeren en begeleiden van producttesten; - bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en voortgang; - begeleiden van een nieuw product van idee tot introductie in de markt. Dat doe je niet alleen. Je werkt samen met collega's uit onder andere R&D, Productie, Verkoop en Marketing en betrekt de juiste mensen bij een ontwikkeling. Wie zoeken we? Je bent technisch, nieuwsgierig en creatief. Je wilt begrijpen waarom iets werkt en denkt graag na over hoe het beter kan. Je hebt HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld vanuit Engineering, Industrieel Ontwerpen, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
