Jobomschrijving

Als Productontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, testen en optimaliseren van verse voedingsproducten. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, kwaliteit en sales en maakt deel uit van een team van drie productontwikkelaars. In deze rol combineer je creativiteit met een praktische aanpak en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve producten die perfect aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van klanten en consumenten.

  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van nieuwe en bestaande recepturen
  • Experimenteren met grondstoffen, bereidingsprocessen en verpakkingen om de beste productkwaliteit te garanderen
  • Begeleiden van testruns en ondersteunen bij de opstart van nieuwe producten in productie
  • Vertalen van productideeën naar duidelijke werkinstructies voor het productieteam
  • Uitvoeren van analyses, smaaktesten en productevaluaties
  • Omzetten van testresultaten in concrete verbeteracties
  • Beheren van grondstoffengegevens en technische documentatie
  • Rekening houden met kwaliteitsnormen, voedingswaarden, allergenen en houdbaarheid
  • Opvolgen van markttrends en consumentenbehoeften
  • Actief meedenken over innovatieve productconcepten en verbeterprojecten
  • Bachelor in Voeding & Diëtetiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Affiniteit met de voedingssector
  • Creatief ingesteld en enthousiast om nieuwe producten te ontwikkelen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Sterke interesse in voeding, trends en productinnovatie
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om continu bij te dragen aan verbeteringen
