Een sterk assortiment is meer dan een verzameling producten. Het draait om de juiste keuzes, op het juiste moment, tegen de juiste voorwaarden. Voor een groeiende technische organisatie zoeken wij een Commercieel Assortimentsmanager die graag de verantwoordelijkheid pakt voor een eigen productcategorie. Iemand die kansen ziet, graag met data werkt en het leuk vindt om ideeën daadwerkelijk om te zetten in resultaat. In deze functie ben je de schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners. Je houdt zicht op ontwikkelingen in de markt, analyseert resultaten en bepaalt samen met collega's waar kansen liggen. Je krijgt daarbij volop ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Zie jij een kans om het assortiment slimmer, aantrekkelijker of winstgevender te maken? Dan krijg je hier de ruimte om daar ook echt iets mee te doen. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert en ontwikkelt een eigen assortiment en zorgt dat dit aansluit bij de behoeften van de klant. - Je analyseert verkoop-, voorraad- en marktgegevens en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen. - Je signaleert kansen voor nieuwe producten en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het assortiment. - Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en werkt samen aan een sterke en duurzame samenwerking. - Je houdt je bezig met prijsstelling, marges, voorraadposities en commerciële resultaten. - Je bewaakt de volledige levenscyclus van producten: van introductie tot optimalisatie en uiteindelijk uitfasering. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere inkoop, sales en marketing. - Je zorgt dat nieuwe producten goed worden geïntroduceerd en onder de aandacht worden g...
