Hoe jouw werkdag eruitziet Als productspecialist bij Rovecom Terra ben je de schakel tussen eindgebruikers en techniek. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, beheren en optimaal gebruiken van onze softwareoplossingen. We kennen onze softwaregebruikers goed en adviseren en begeleiden hen bij het optimaal inzetten van onze software. Hun ervaringen uit de praktijk helpen ons om onze oplossingen continu verder te ontwikkelen. Dit betekent dat je: - (Technische) vragen van gebruikers beantwoordt en oplost. - Gebruikers adviseert over het optimaal inzetten van onze software. - Nieuwe functionaliteiten test voordat deze worden uitgerold. - Feedback van gebruikers verzamelt en vertaalt naar verbeteringen. - Meedenkt over nieuwe functionaliteiten die aansluiten op de praktijk. Je werkt veel samen met collega's en hebt regelmatig contact met gebruikers. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken. Wat breng je mee? Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt in oplossingen en hebt affiniteit met software. Je maakt nieuwe situaties snel eigen en vindt persoonlijk contact met gebruikers vanzelfsprekend. Verder heb je: - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als productspecialist of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Technische affiniteit met software. - Een proactieve werkhouding. - Affiniteit met de agrarisch loonwerk-, transport- en/of GWW-sector is een pré.
