Die XXXLutz Unternehmensgruppe ist in den 80 Jahren ihres Bestehens stetig gewachsen, betreibt über 400 Einrichtungshäuser in 14 europäischen Ländern und beschäftigt mehr als 27.300 Mitarbeiter. Mit einem Jahresumsatz von 6,4 Milliarden Euro ist die XXXLutz Gruppe einer der drei größten Möbelhändler der Welt. Zudem werden bereits 24 Onlineshops in den Vertriebsschienen XXXLutz, Möbelix und Mömax betrieben.

Aufgaben

* Product Backlog & Priorisierung im Bereich Preisauszeichnung - gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern

* End-to-End-Verantwortung für deinen Produktbereich: von Anforderungsaufnahme und Konzeption über Priorisierung bis Umsetzung und Übergabe in den Betrieb

* Roadmap & Produktvision entwickeln und steuern - mit Blick auf Business Impact, Machbarkeit und Abhängigkeiten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech-Teams (Entwicklung/Architektur): Anforderungen strukturieren, in umsetzbare Konzepte übersetzen und sauber übergeben

* Umsetzung steuern: interne und externe Entwicklungsressourcen koordinieren, Deliverables planen und die Umsetzung eng begleiten

* Stakeholder-Management: Abstimmungen moderieren, Zielkonflikte klären und Transparenz zu Fortschritt, Prioritäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten schaffen

Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement oder in vergleichbaren Rollen (z. B. Product Owner, Application Owner/Manager, Projektmanager, Business Analyst)

* Starkes Produktverständnis: ausgeprägter Fokus auf Nutzerbedürfnisse, Produktqualität und messbaren Business Impact

* Strukturierte, datenbasierte Arbeitsweise: pragmatisch, priorisierungsstark und sicher im Umgang mit komplexen Anforderungen

* Souveränes Stakeholder-Management in komplexen Organisationen - du moderierst, führst Entscheidungen herbei und setzt dich durch

* Kommunikationsstark & verantwortungsbewusst: hohe Eigenverantwortung, klare Kommunikation, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Methoden- & Tool-Sicherheit: Erfahrung mit agilen und klassischen Arbeitsweisen sowie Tools wie Jira, Confluence und MS Office
