Österreichs und sind Marktführer in dieser Branche. 1 Produkt- & Sortimentsmanager (w/m/d) Dornbirn / Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments mit konsequenter Ausrichtung auf Konsumentenbedürfnisse und Marktpotenziale

* Analyse von Markttrends, Konsumentenbedürfnissen sowie Wettbewerbern und Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen

* Entwicklung neuer Produktideen, Planung von Relaunches sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des Sortiments entlang relevanter Konsumentenerwartungen

* Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung

* Führung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Koordination relevanter Stakeholder

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Käuferreichweite, Kaufimpulsen und Markenattraktivität am POS

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt auf Marketing oder Produktmanagement

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Category Management idealerweise im FMCG Umfeld

* Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Konsumentenbedürfnisse, Ernährungstrends und Marktchancen

* Fähigkeit, Markt- und Konsumentendaten zu analysieren und daraus erfolgreiche Produktstrategien abzuleiten

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie KI-gestützten Anwendungen von Vorteil
