Deine Verantwortung

Du möchtest Technik, Kundenkontakt und Projektsteuerung miteinander verbinden? In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und bei der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte für die Stahlindustrie.

* Du begleitest unsere Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus und entwickelst bestehende Lösungen für neue Einsatzbereiche weiter.

* Gemeinsam mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Forschung und Entwicklung arbeitest du an neuen Maschinenkonzepten und zukünftigen Produktgenerationen.

* Du analysierst die technischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden, stimmst diese mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen ab und entwickelst daraus individuelle Lösungskonzepte und Angebote.

* Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen betreust du aktiv und entwickelst sie langfristig weiter.

* Gleichzeitig beobachtest du Markt, Wettbewerb und technologische Entwicklungen und leitest daraus neue Möglichkeiten für unsere Produkte ab.

* Du übernimmst die Gesamtkoordination deiner Projekte - von der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Kalkulation über die Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme beim Kunden.

* Dabei koordinierst du die beteiligten Teams, behältst Termine, Kosten und Projektziele im Auge und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.

* Du bereitest technische Präsentationen, Produkt- und Marketingunterlagen sowie regelmäßige Statusberichte für das Management auf.

Das zeichnet dich aus

* Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, beispielsweise eine HTL oder ein technisches Studium, vorzugsweise in Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.

* Idealerweise bringst du etwa drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement mit.

* Du interessierst dich für innovative Technologien und komplexe technische Lösungen.

* Kommunikation gehört zu deinen Stärken - sowohl im Austausch mit Kunden als auch innerhalb des Unternehmens.

* Du trittst sicher auf, arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und kannst andere für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnen.

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für die internationale Zusammenarbeit erforderlich.

* Für Kundentermine und internationale Projekte bringst du die notwendige Reisebereitschaft mit.

Vergütung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei € 53.300,00 brutto pro Jahr.
