Wir setzen Impulse - seit 1983 entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Leonhard Lang Medizinprodukte, wie Elektrodensysteme und Zubehör für EKG, Elektrochirurgie, Defibrillation, Stimulation sowie Gele und Fixierungen. Weltweit werden diese Produkte in Spitälern, bei Ärzt:innen und in gesundheitlichen Notfallsituationen eingesetzt. Als Teil unseres Teams trägst auch du zur Gesundheit und Heilung von Patient:innen bei. 1 Produktbetreuer:in - Dokumentation & Änderungswesen Deine Aufgaben

* Als Mitarbeiter:in in der technischen Produktbetreuung begleitest du unsere Medizinprodukte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der technischen Dokumentation, dem Änderungswesen sowie der Koordination und Nachverfolgung produktbezogener Aufgaben.

* Betreuung unserer Medizinprodukte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen

* Erstellung und Pflege technischer Entwicklungs- und Produktdokumentationen

* Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Anforderungen, Prüf- und Validierungsunterlagen sowie Risikoanalysen

* Durchführung und Dokumentation elektrischer und mechanischer Prüfungen

* Herstellung und Prüfung von Elektrodenmustern sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen

* Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Forschung, Produktion und weiteren Fachbereichen

* Unterstützung bei Reklamationsanalysen und technischen Abstimmungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Dokumentations- und Änderungswesens sowie der zugehörigen Abläufe in der Abteilung F&E (im Rahmen der regulatorischen Vorgaben für Medizinprodukte)

Du erledigst diese Aufgaben im Rahmen der vereinbarten Gleitzeit, wobei du nach der Einschulungsphase teilweise auch Aufgaben von zu Hause aus bearbeiten kannst.

Was du mitbringst

* Technisches Verständnis und Freude an Dokumentations-, Koordinations- und Prozessarbeit

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation oder Produktbetreuung

* Eigeninitiative und Interesse daran, Abläufe mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln

* Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamgeist

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Eine technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, HTL oder Universität/Hochschule (z.B.: in Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Physik o.ä.)

* Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Medizin- bzw. Elektrotechnik und im Rettungs- bzw. Krankenhausdienst von Vorteil

Ein Mindestgehalt von 3.449,08 € brutto/Monat und Bereitschaft deine Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse als Überzahlung auf das Mindestgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag zu honorieren.
