Vom bescheidenen Labor in der Steiermark zur globalen Bühne RINGANA wächst und gedeiht. Heute sind wir ein Team von über 800 starken Persönlichkeiten an 10 Standorten.

Wir entwickeln und produzieren Frischekosmetik und Supplements aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen. Dabei setzen wir auf wirkstarke und antioxidative Inhaltsstoffe aus der Natur. Synthetische Konservierungsstoffe? Für uns ein klares No-Go! 1 Produktentwickler Cosmetics (m/w/d) Forschung, Lehre und Entwicklung

Vollzeit / Sankt Johann in der Haide / ab sofort

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Entwicklung und Optimierung kosmetischer Formulierungen vom Laboransatz bis zum Scale-up

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Kombination von Rohstoffen unter Berücksichtigung qualitativer, regulatorischer, sensorischer und verfahrenstechnischer Anforderungen

* Herstellung, Prüfung und Dokumentation von Laborchargen sowie Begleitung von Test- und Erstproduktionen

* Organisation und fachliche Begleitung von Zertifizierungen wie COSMOS oder Umweltzeichen

* Sicherstellung rechtlicher Konformität und auditfähiger Dokumentation

* Beauftragung und Auswertung von Analysen (Sicherheitsbewertung, Hautverträglichkeit etc.)

* Mitarbeit bei Qualitätskriterien und Abweichungsmanagement

* Interdisziplinäre Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und internen Fachabteilungen

* Vorträge sowie Betreuung von Presse- und Eventanfragen

* Mitwirkung an Social-Media- und RINGANA-Live-Inhalten

Das zeichnet dich aus

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus lebensmittelnahen oder handwerklich-technischen Bereichen

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an herausfordernden Aufgaben

* Selbstständiger Arbeitsstil mit Innovationsbereitschaft und hoher Qualitätsorientierung

* Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und hohe Kreativität

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung kosmetischer, pharmazeutischer oder lebensmittelnaher Produkte; alternativ Erfahrung aus lebensmittelnahen oder handwerklich-technischen Bereichen und Interesse am Quereinstieg in die kosmetische Produktentwicklung

* Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben für Kosmetik sowie Erfahrung in der Herstellung nach GMP von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
