Produktentwickler_in Convenience & Foodservice 1 Produktentwickler_in Convenience & Foodservice Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie Optimierung bestehender Rezepturen

* Durchführung von Versuchen, Musterproduktionen und sensorischen Prüfungen

* Technische Begleitung von Produktentwicklungen bis zur Umsetzung in der Produktion

* Dokumentation, Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Entwicklungs- und Versuchsergebnissen

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie Kontakt zu Kunden und Lieferanten

* Mitwirkung bei Verkostungen, Produktpräsentationen und fachlichen Abstimmungen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt- und Rezepturdokumentationen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder vergleichbar (ein Studium ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist entscheidend)

* 3-5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung, Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbarem Umfeld

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Sensorik

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Lernwillen und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

* Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt:

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 45.000,- vorgesehen. Die Einstufung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Handel. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
