Deine Rolle

Du bringst Produktion und Organisation zusammen.

Operativ in der Werkstatt, vorausschauend im Büro und nahe an Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Team.

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft

* Mitarbeit bei Planung und Organisation im Verteilerbau

* Angebotslegung und Kalkulation

* Koordination von Projekten und Terminen

* Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Partnern

* Unterstützung bei IT-Themen und Digitalisierung

* Mitarbeit bei Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmanagementaufgaben

* Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Organisationsprojekten

* Führung und Koordination kleiner Teams bzw. Projekte

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (LAP, Fachschule oder vergleichbar)

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung oder Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil

* Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität

Entlohnung

Für diese Position gilt als Basis der Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im Eisen- und Metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe (LG 2) mit einem monatlichen Bruttogehalt von EUR 3.397,52 auf Vollzeitbasis.

Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Ausbildung selbstverständlich möglich.
