Als Mitarbeiter in der Elektronikfertigung montierst, konfektionierst und prüfst du elektronische Baugruppen und Geräte. Du führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und sorgst dafür, dass die Produktion reibungslos abläuft. Dabei arbeitest du nach technischen Vorgaben und hältst Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und ESD-Richtlinien konsequent ein. Ziel ist es, unsere Produkte so effizient und kostengünstig wie möglich zu herzustellen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu stärken.

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Produktionsarbeiter/in oder Elektromonteurhelfer/in Deine Aufgabe

* Montage: Du bringst dein technisches Verständnis in präzise Montagearbeiten ein und stellst Bauteile und Baugruppen gemäß Arbeitsanweisung her.

* Fertigung: Du führst Rüstarbeiten selbstständig durch und unterstützt aktiv andere Bereiche (Logistik) beim Teilekommissionieren.

* Anlagensteuerung: Du bedienst und unterschiedliche Programme und Anlagen, die zur Wertsteigerung unserer Produkte dienen. (Mikroskop, Prüfanklagen, uvm.)

* Fertigung von feinmechanischen Geräten

* Qualitätskontrolle: Du stellst sicher, dass alle zugehörigen Prozesse den Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Du erfasst relevante Daten, analysierst diese, um Schwachstellen zu identifizieren und Verbesserungspotenziale auszuschöpfen.

* Kommunikation: Du arbeitest mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Logistik, Entwicklung) zusammen.

Was du mitbringst

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technisch, handwerklichen Bereich. Idealerweise im Elektronikumfeld.

* Du bist ein Teamplayer, selbstorganisiert und setzt dir Prioritäten entsprechend den Zeitplänen selbst.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* C2 - Kompetente Deutschkenntnisse

* B2 - Gute Englischkenntnisse

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn (KV Metall Gewerbe) beträgt EUR 2.627,28 brutto monatlich, bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vereinbaren wir deinen tatsächlichen Lohn gemeinsam im Laufe des Bewerbungsprozesses.
