Was Sie bei uns erwartet

* Eine langfristige Tätigkeit in einem krisensicheren, stabilen und dynamischen Familienunternehmen

* Täglich Verpflegung in Form von frischer und kostengünstiger Jause und Mittagessen in unserer Kantine

* Sie arbeiten im 2-Schicht-Betrieb von Mo-Fr von 5:00 - 14:00 Uhr bzw. 13:30 - 22:00 Uhr

* Ein überaus erfahrenes und kollegiales Team, das Sie beim Start unterstützen wird

* Ermäßigung auf alle Fleisch- und Wurstprodukte der Marcher Produktpalette

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelherstellung ist von Vorteil, aber auch engagierte Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten aus

* Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie Deutsch sprechen oder verstehen, aber es ist keine Voraussetzung. Sie können sich auch gerne in jeder anderen Muttersprache bei uns bewerben und arbeiten

* Körperliche Fitness sowie ein freundliches und hilfsbereites Auftreten gehören zu Ihren Stärken

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein hoher Anspruch an Hygiene und Qualität runden Ihr Profil ab

* Je nach Einsatzbereich unterstützen Sie das Team bei verschiedenen Aufgaben

* Produktsicherheit und die konsequente Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften sind für Sie selbstverständlich

* Sie führen alle Arbeitsprozesse sorgfältig und gemäß den Vorgaben durch
