Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Wr. Neudorf suchen wir 3 Produktionsfachkraft (m/w/d) - Süßwarenindustrie Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Herstellung von Halbfertig- und Fertigprodukten nach definierten Produktions- und Qualitätsstandards

* Präzises, effizientes und hygienekonformes Arbeiten im Produktionsprozess

* Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte gemäß internen Vorgaben

* Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien der Lebensmittelindustrie

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Produktionshilfsmitteln

* Reinigung und Grundreinigung der Produktionsanlagen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_in oder Konditor_in erforderlich

* Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Lebensmittelproduktion von Vorteil

* Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche zu erlernen

* Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer

* Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau B2 zur sicheren Verständigung sowie zum Lesen und Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen

* Bereitschaft zur fallweisen Samstagsarbeit

* Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

Montag-Donnerstag: 06:00-14:38 Uhr, Freitag: 06:00-11:58 Uhr

Bereitschaft zu Überstunden erwünscht

Entgeltangaben des Unternehmens

Das Mindestentgelt für die Position als Facharbeiter/in beträgt 2.600,89 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung nach einer erfolgreichen Einschulungsphase vorhanden.
