Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort St. Leonhard/Salzburg suchen wir ab sofort eine_n 1 Produktionsleiter_in (m/w/d) Vollzeit Ab Sofort St. Leonhard/Salzburg

Sie ubernehmen gerne die operative Steuerung der Fertigung und sorgen fur reibungslose Produktionsabläufe?

Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen. Wir suchen eine/n Produktionsleiter/in bei Digital Elektronik. Wenn Sie Fertigungsprozesse zielgerichtet optimieren und die operative Verantwortung fur Ihr Team ubernehmen möchten, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Effiziente Planung und Steuerung der Produktion (Baugruppen-Montage, Elektronikfertigung) hinsichtlich Quantität und Qualität einschließlich des Personaleinsatzes

* Führen, motivieren und entwickeln der Mitarbeiter/innen am Standort

* Optimierung der gesamten innerbetrieblichen Prozessabläufe und kontinuierliche Verbesserung mit Hilfe des "Lean Production"-Ansatzes

* Standortentwicklung in der Produktion und Technik sowie Planung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher behördlicher Bescheide und Auflagen sowie laufende Kontrolle der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften

* Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen (Logistik, Kundenbetreuung, Einkauf, ...)

Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufs- und Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Ein hohes Maß an Führungscharisma, Unternehmergeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich "Lean Production"

* Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie Lösungs - und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Fundierte Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
