Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes, technologieorientiertes Industrieunternehmen mit anspruchsvollen Fertigungsprozessen und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung von Lieferfähigkeit, Produktivität und Prozessstabilität wird eine erfahrene Produktionsleitung gesucht, die den gesamten produktiven Bereich (inkl. Instandhaltung, Werkzeugbau, Logistik usw.) operativ und strategisch verantwortet.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Gesamtverantwortung für Steuerung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsteams

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue, Produktivität und Kosten

* Planung von Personal, Maschinen, und Materialien

* Arbeiten mit Kennzahlen, Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Technologien

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT:

* klarer, wertschätzender, transparenter und verbindlicher Führungsstil

* unternehmerisch denkend / handelnd, entscheidungsstark, lösungsorientiert

* strukturiert und organisiert sowie belastbar im operativen Alltag

DEIN FACHLICHES PROFIL:

* technische Ausbildung (Meister, HTL oder andere technische Ausbildung)

* Führungserfahrung in der Produktion

* Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung und Prozessoptimierung

* "Lean Production" sollte kein Fremdwort sein

* sicherer Umfang mit ERP-/PPSSystemen und Kennzahlen

* hohes Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
