Die Breitenfeld Edelstahl AG ist ein Spezialanbieter von Edelstählen und Schmiedeprodukten.

Gesucht wird: 3 Produktionsmitarbeiter im Stahlwerk (m/w/d) Du bist ein heißer Typ? 1.700 °C. 120 Tonnen. Kein Tag wie der andere. Interessiert? Dann bewirb dich jetzt. Wir sind ein umweltbewusstes Recyclingunternehmen und seit mehr als 80 Jahren ein Spezialist für Edelstähle und Schmiedeprodukte und suchen für unseren Standort in St. Barbara genau DICH.

Während andere am Fließband stehen, gießt du flüssigen Stahl. Bei uns erlebst du Schwerindustrie hautnah: flüssigen Stahl, tonnenschwere Blöcke und das Gefühl, am Ende der Schicht wirklich etwas geschafft zu haben.

Wir machen aus Schrott Hightech-Edelstahl. Schon lange bevor Nachhaltigkeit ein Trend wurde, haben wir auf Recycling gesetzt. Heute beliefern wir anspruchsvolle Kunden weltweit mit Stählen, die höchste Qualitätsanforderungen erfüllen.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

* Je nach Einsatzbereich arbeitest du am Elektrolichtbogenofen, in der Sekundärmetallurgie oder im Gießbetrieb. Du schmelzt Schrott ein, feinjustierst Legierungen oder gießt Blöcke mit bis zu 120 Tonnen. Eigenverantwortlich oder im Team, aber nie monoton.

* Du arbeitest im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh/Nacht/Spät) von Sonntag 21:45 bis Freitag 21:45 Uhr.

* Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift: Deutsch

* Bereitschaft für 3-Schicht-Betrieb

* Abgeschlossener Lehrberuf von Vorteil

* Führerschein B, C, oder F von Vorteil

* Stapler- und Kranschein von Vorteil

Deine Leistung verdient Anerkennung:

Wir sehen diese Position in der Beschäftigungsgruppe "C-Grundstufe " (€ 3.161,97 brutto p.m. inkl. pauschalisierter SEG- Zulage) des aktuellen Kollektivvertrages der Metallindustrie. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt werden wir gemeinsam auf Basis deiner Qualifikationen und deiner Erfahrung festlegen. Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit von einem Jahr steigt dein Gehalt auf € 3.687,73 !
