º Als Produktionsmitarbeiter*in bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei - du verstärkst unser Team direkt in den Produktionshallen.

º Du bedienst und überwachst unsere Maschinen und Anlagen, führst eigenständig Qualitätskontrollen durch und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.

º Du rüstest Maschinen, stellst sie präzise ein und bringst dein technisches Know-how ein.

º Du bist Teil unseres kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses - deine Ideen sind gefragt!

º Du hilfst bei der Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg*innen zusammen.

Dein Potenzial

º Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.

º Ein Staplerschein wäre ein Plus.

º Technik liegt dir im Blut - und wenn du schon Erfahrung im Schichtbetrieb hast, umso besser.

º Du arbeitest zuverlässig, genau und flexibel. Teamwork ist für dich selbstverständlich.

º Du bist bereit, in Drei- oder Vierschicht zu arbeiten - auch mal am Wochenende, wenn's drauf ankommt.
