Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Steyrermühl (OÖ) suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte, analytisch denkende und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben hat, als 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in Integrationsleasing, normalerweise 5-Schicht, aktuell 4-Schicht

WAS ERWARTET SIE?

* Sie übernehmen nach einer umfassenden Einschulung das Bedienen, Steuern und Überwachen von Anlagenteilen der neu um-gebauten Papierproduktionsanlage für die Herstellung von Kraftpapieren der Marke STARKRAFT.

* Sie sorgen für einen kontinuierlichen Produktionsablauf und unterstützen bei Routine-, Reinigungs- und Reparaturarbeiten.

* Sie wirken aktiv bei der laufenden Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und -methoden mit.

* Zudem halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich stets ordentlich und sauber und verantworten die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und internen Regeln.

* Die gelegentliche Übernahme von internen Vertretungsaufgaben runden Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld ab.

WAS ERWARTEN WIR?

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehre, vorzugsweise in einem technischen und/oder handwerklichen Beruf und haben die Bereitschaft mittelfristig die Ausbildung zum/zur Papiertechniker_in zu machen.

* Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrung im Industrieumfeld mit und verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis.

* Sie haben die Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten - somit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen - und das auch langfristig.

* Sie verfügen über einen Stapler- und Kranschein bzw. die Bereitschaft ihn zu erlangen.

* Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie einer hohen Zuverlässigkeit.

Unser 5-Schicht-Modell: Sie arbeiten jeweils 2 Tage in der Früh-, 2 Tage in der Spät- und 2 Tage in der Nachtschicht. Anschließend haben Sie 2 Tage frei. Nach jedem dritten Schichtturnus folgt eine 8-tägige Freizeitphase.

Aktuell arbeiten wir im 4-Schicht-Modell, wodurch sich die Freizeitblöcke entsprechend auf einen Block für alle Schichten konzentrieren. Die Details erläutern wir Ihnen gerne im Vorstellungsgespräch.

Für diese Position bieten wir bei einer 36-Stunden-Woche ein durchschnittliches Monatsbruttogehalt von 3.500 € (inkl. Zulagen) gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag der österreichischen Papierindustrie.
