Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in für die Käserei 3 Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung unserer neuen Anlagen zur Käseherstellung

* Zusammenstellung der für die Produktion erforderlichen Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe nach vorgegebener Rezeptur

* Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten gemäß festgelegter Vorgaben

* Dokumentation aller relevanten Produktionsparameter anhand standardisierter Formulare

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise Lebensmittel-Branche) aber auch Interessierte und Quereinsteiger_innen willkommen.

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein

* Sorgfältige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-System (inkl. Wochenenden & Feiertagen)

* Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
