PMT Anlagenbau GmbH - In unserer Fertigung in Gramastetten bearbeiten wir Bleche und Bauteile für Stahlbau, Lifttechnik und Anlagenbau. Als Anlagenbetreuer*in bedienst du unsere Kantmaschine und Laseranlage. Du sorgst für saubere Abläufe, prüfst die gefertigten Teile und stimmst dich eng mit Arbeitsvorbereitung und Schlosserei ab.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams: 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in für Kantmaschine und Laseranlage Du arbeitest genau, kennst technische Zeichnungen und möchtest moderne Maschinen betreuen?

Arbeitsort:

Gramastetten, OÖ

Anstellung:

Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden im Rahmen einer 4-Tage-Woche (Montag bis Donnerstag). Freitag frei.

Deine Aufgaben

* Maschinenbedienung: Du richtest Kantmaschine und Laseranlage ein, startest Aufträge und überwachst den laufenden Betrieb.

* Auftragsvorbereitung: Du prüfst Zeichnungen, Programme und Materialangaben und stellst Bleche sowie benötigte Werkzeuge bereit.

* Fertigung: Du schneidest und kantest Bauteile nach Vorgabe und passt Einstellungen bei Bedarf an.

* Qualitätskontrolle: Du kontrollierst Maße, Winkel und Oberflächen und dokumentierst Abweichungen nachvollziehbar.

* Materialfluss: Du kennzeichnest fertige Teile und sorgst für die richtige Zuordnung zu Auftrag und nächstem Arbeitsschritt.

* Pflege und Wartung: Du reinigst die Anlagen, erledigst einfache Wartungsarbeiten und meldest Störungen rechtzeitig.

Damit überzeugst du uns

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich von Vorteil

* Erfahrung an Kantmaschinen, Laseranlagen oder anderen CNC-gesteuerten Produktionsmaschinen ist ein Plus

* Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und ein gutes Gefühl für Maße und Toleranzen

* Grundkenntnisse in Maschinensteuerung und Fertigungsprogrammen. In unsere Anlagen wirst du gründlich eingeschult

* Genaue, ruhige Arbeitsweise und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Maschinen und Material

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Schlosserei

Vergütung & Bewerbung

Das Mindestentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt derzeit € 2.885,76 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
