Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 2.954,23 brutto pro Monat exklusive Zulage. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Deine Aufgaben als Produktionsmitarbeiter:in:

- Du hältst die Produktionsanlagen am Laufen

- Du übernimmst manuelle Bearbeitungsschritte und arbeitest an Sägeanlagen

- Du sorgst dafür, dass Qualität nicht dem Zufall überlassen wird

- Du erkennst Störungen frühzeitig und reagierst, bevor andere es merken

- Du dokumentierst Produktionsdaten sauber und strukturiert

- Du achtest auf Sicherheit, Ordnung und effiziente Abläufe am Arbeitsplatz in Ferndorf

Das bringst du für den 3-Schichtbetrieb mit:

- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb

- Mobilität, um den Arbeitsplatz in Ferndorf zuverlässig zu erreichen

- Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und klare Kommunikation

- Erfahrung in der Produktion oder in der Maschinenbedienung von Vorteil
