Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 2 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in im 4-Schichtbetrieb Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Vorbereitung und Bestückung der Produktionsmaschinen: Unterstützen bei der Einrichtung der Maschinen und sicherstellen, dass alle benötigten Materialien zur Verfügung stehen.

·Maschinenüberwachung: Begleiten der Produktionsprozesse, Beobachten und Melden von Störungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

·Qualitätsprüfung der Produkte: Regelmäßige Sichtkontrollen und einfache Messungen durchführen, um die Qualität der Erzeugnisse zu gewährleisten.

·Verpackung und Kennzeichnung der Ware: Produkte nach Vorgaben verpacken, etikettieren und für den Versand vorbereiten.

Innerbetrieblicher Warentransport: Ware und Materialien zwischen Produktionsbereichen transportieren und sachgemäß lagern.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Produktionserfahrung im Schichtbetrieb von Vorteil: Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktion mit und sind mit den Anforderungen und Abläufen eines Schichtbetriebs vertraut.

·Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau B1: Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, um Arbeitsanweisungen sicher zu verstehen und im Team effektiv zu kommunizieren.

·Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit in der Arbeitsausführung

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Führerschein und eigener PKW erforderlich: Da der Arbeitsort nur schwer mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist, benötigen Sie einen Führerschein und ein eigenes Fahrzeug.

·Sauberkeits-, Ordnungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit: Ein hohes Maß an Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Genauigkeit ist unerlässlich, um den Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion gerecht zu werden.

Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb: Sie sind bereit im 4-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten.
