Als innovativer Hersteller technischer Textilien, mit rund 470 Beschäftigten, suchen wir 12 Produktionsmitarbeiter_in im Schichtbetrieb Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis, arbeiten gerne mit Maschinen und schätzen ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld? Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich

* Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick

* Eigeninitiative, Engagement und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen

* den Anforderungen entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb

Ihre Aufgaben

* Bedienung von Ring- und Doppeldrahtzwirnmaschinen zur Herstellung von Filzen für den industriellen Einsatz

* Überwachung der Maschinen während des laufenden Produktionsprozesses

* Auf- und Abrüsten der Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
