Wir suchen 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) Weinburg, Austria

Aufgaben / Verantwortlichkeiten

* Bedienen und Überwachen der Produktionsanlagen - je nach Größe der Maschine selbstständig oder im Team

* Sicherstellung der optimalen Produktion und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen

* Einschreiten bei auftretenden Fehlern und Initiativen zur Fehlervermeidung

* Durchführen von Rüstarbeiten an den Produktionsmaschinen

* Aktive Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung von Anlagen und Arbeitsabläufen - Deine Ideen sind gefragt!

Ihr Profil

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einem technisch- handwerklichen Beruf

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung ist von Vorteil aber nicht Bedingung

* Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit und Leistung von Überstunden /Sonderschichten mit entsprechender Zusatzvergütung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* PC-Grundkenntnisse

* Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

Unser Angebot

* Der Einstiegslohn für diese Position auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt EUR 2.928,49 brutto pro Monat plus diverse Schichtzulagen.

* Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht- (Montag bis Freitag) oder 4-Schicht-Modell (Montag bis Samstag) bei wöchentlichem Wechsel zwischen Frühschicht (6 - 14 Uhr), Nachmittagsschicht (14 - 22 Uhr) und Nachtschicht (22 - 6 Uhr).

* Steuerfreie Zulagen und weitere Zusatzvergütungen für Überstunden bzw. Zusatzschichten.
