·Sie starten gut vorbereitet: Nach einer umfassenden Einschulung übernehmen Sie verschiedene Aufgaben innerhalb des Produktionsablaufs.

·Sie bedienen moderne Produktionsmaschinen: Sie stellen Maschinen selbstständig ein und bedienen diese zuverlässig.

·Sie sorgen für hochwertige Produkte: Sie stellen Qualitätsprodukte aus Kunststoff nach den vorgegebenen Standards her.

·Sie behalten den Produktionsprozess im Blick: Sie überwachen die laufende Produktion und achten auf einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Sie sichern die Qualität: Sie kontrollieren die gefertigten Produkte und erkennen Abweichungen frühzeitig.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Technischer Hintergrund: Idealerweise haben Sie eine technische Berufsausbildung mit LAP abgeschlossen. Auch ohne LAP sind Sie mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld willkommen.

·Interesse an der Kunststoffproduktion: Sie möchten in einem Produktionsbetrieb arbeiten und sich mit den Abläufen der Kunststoffverarbeitung vertraut machen.

·Technisches Verständnis: Sie verstehen technische Zusammenhänge und bringen handwerkliches Geschick mit.

·Schichtbereitschaft: Sie sind bereit, im 3-Schichtbetrieb und bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.

Mobilität: Sie verfügen über Führerschein und eigenes Fahrzeug, um den Arbeitsplatz zuverlässig erreichen zu können.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Zuverlässigkeit: Sie halten sich an vereinbarte Abläufe und Qualitätsstandards.

·Einsatzbereitschaft: Sie packen aktiv mit an und bringen sich engagiert in den Produktionsalltag ein.

Eigenverantwortung: Nach Ihrer Einschulung erledigen Sie Ihre Aufgaben selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
