Über diese Stelle

In der Fertigung stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher und setzen dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards um. Mit Ihrem Einsatz tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, dass Fertigungsziele termingerecht und zuverlässig erreicht werden. Sie arbeiten eng im Team sowie mit relevanten Schnittstellen zusammen und bringen Ihre Sorgfalt und Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein aktiv in den Produktionsprozess ein. Dabei leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag zum gesamten Produkt und gestalten die Mobilität der Zukunft mit.

Deine Aufgaben

* Auflegen von Faserverbundmaterial im klimatisierten Reinraum

* Zusammenbau von Komponenten nach Arbeitsanweisung (bohren, senken, nieten)

* Bedienen modernster Anlagen und Maschinen

* Rückmelden von Material- und Arbeitsvorgängen im SAP

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich (z.B. Textilindustrie, Spengler_in, Tischler_in) und/oder Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und Fingerspitzengefühl

* gute Deutschkenntnisse für Dokumentationen, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Schichtbereitschaft

Der Einstiegslohn für Produktionsmitarbeiter beträgt in einer dreimonatigen Einarbeitungsphase mindestens € 2.623,33 brutto. Danach steigt der Monatslohn auf mindestens € 2.709,45 brutto jedoch max. auf € 2.921,95 brutto ohne Überstunden oder div. Zulagen.

Der Bruttomonatslohn (Holzindustrie) liegt laut Kollektivvertrag zwischen € 2.459,91 (exkl. ÜSt. und Schichtzulage) und € 2.795,58.
