Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Bedienung, Überwachung und Einstellung von Produktionsanlagen im Schichtbetrieb

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen, reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Behebung einfacher technischer Störungen im laufenden Betrieb

* Durchführung von Rüsttätigkeiten nach Produktionsvorgaben

* Eigenständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen

* Gewissenhafte Umsetzung aller Produktions-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktion, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit

* Alle Mitarbeitenden sind als selbstständige Anlagenführer im Einsatz

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich oder verwandten Berufen wünschenswert

* Interessierte Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen!

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (mind. 3er Schicht)

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein

* Industrieerfahrung von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit

Entgelt und Benefits: Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt ab € 2.890,09 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig. Durch abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Schicht-, Nachtarbeits-, Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge ist ein monatlicher Bruttobetrag von bis zu € 3.400,00 möglich.
