Für unseren Kunden suchen wir 2 Produktionsmitarbeiter_innen - Wollsdorf

Ihre Aufgaben

* Anfertigen von Wicklungen für Verteiltransformatoren

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten an Flachleiter-, Rundleiter- und Folienwickelmaschinen nach gründlicher Einschulung

* Herstellung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Transformatorwicklungen

* Durchführung von Messungen und Dokumentation qualitätsrelevanter Aufgaben

* Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards in der Fertigung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung von Vorteil

* Auch angelernte Produktionsmitarbeiter_innen mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung sind herzlich willkommen

* Berufserfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil

* Kranschein erforderlich - alternativ Bereitschaft, diesen schnellstmöglich nachzuholen

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Überstunden bei entsprechendem Bedarf

* Bereitschaft zum 3-Schichtbetrieb

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens B1

Besonderheit bei Interesse und Bereitschaft

Im Rahmen der Fertigungsverlagerung besteht die Möglichkeit bzw. bei entsprechender Eignung die Anforderung, für mehrere Monate zur Einschulung und zum Wissenstransfer in die Traction-Wicklungsfertigung nach Nürnberg (Deutschland) zu gehen.
