Wir suchen für unseren renommierten und international tätigen Kunden (KV EMI), welcher der global führende Spezialist für Kupfer ist und seit über 200 Jahren Know-How in der Metallbearbeitung sammelt, ab sofort: 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Amstetten.

Aufgaben:

* Sie unterstützen das Produktionsteam direkt im laufenden Fertigungsprozess.

* Sie bedienen und überwachen Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

* Sie führen eigenständig Qualitätskontrollen durch und stellen die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben sicher.

* Sie übernehmen das Rüsten und Einstellen von Maschinen und bringen dabei Ihr technisches Verständnis ein.

* Sie unterstützen den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess und bringen Ihre Ideen zur Optimierung von Abläufen gerne ein.

* Sie unterstützen bei der Pflege, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleg zusammen und tragen gemeinsam zu einem effizienten Produktionsablauf bei.

Anforderungen:

* Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich, ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

* Ein gültiger Staplerschein ist von Vorteil.

* Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis und idealerweise bereits über Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Schichtbetrieb.

* Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, sorgfältig und flexibel.

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.

* Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3- oder 4-Schichtbetrieb sowie fallweise am Wochenende bringen Sie mit.
