Um unserem Anspruch auf Qualität und Service langfristig gerecht zu werden, suchen wir ab sofort für die

AMAG casting GmbH 3 PRODUKTIONSMITARBEITER (m/w/d) Gießerei 4-Schicht am Standort Ranshofen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Rüst- und Vorbereitungsarbeiten an den Gießanlagen sowie an den Gieß- und Schmelzöfen

Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen und Überwachung des Gießprozesses

Kontrolle der qualitätsrelevanten Gießparameter

Optimierungen im Zuge des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses hinsichtlich

Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Anlageneffizienz

Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts-, sowie Ordnung- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Sie verfügen über:

Erfahrung in der Bedienung von industriellen Anlagen, vorzugsweise in einer Gießerei

Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (4-Schicht Vollkonti)

Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Körperliche Belastbarkeit (Hitzebetrieb)

Gute PC Kenntnisse

Stapler- und Kranschein oder die Bereitschaft diese abzulegen

Solide Deutschkenntnisse

Das Jahresbruttogehalt (14 Monatsgehälter) für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung und in Kombination mit attraktiven Sozialleistungen mindestens EUR 45.524 ,-- brutto. Zeitabhängige Zulagen (z.B. Nachtschichtzulage, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen) werden zusätzlich vergütet.
