Weiterverarbeitet zu hochwertigen Dämmungen, federleichten Verpackungen oder Sporthelmen schützen innovative Granulate von sunpor, was Schutz braucht. Das Klima, wertvolle Güter und helle Köpfe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir einen 1 Produktionsmitarbeiter Polymerisation (m/w/d) im Schichtdienst

Deine Aufgaben

* Gemeinsam mit deinem Schichtteam übernimmst du die Überwachung, Betreuung und Steuerung unserer Produktionsanlagen während des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses.

* Du sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße Bereitstellung sämtlicher Einsatzstoffe und stellst die korrekte Befüllung und Entleerung der Produktionsanlagen sicher.

* Zudem bist du für die Abfüllung und fachgerechte Einlagerung der produzierten Fertigware verantwortlich.

* Außerdem kümmerst du dich um anfallende Reinigungsarbeiten und unterstützt bei Reparaturen in der Produktion, um einen sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufs- oder Schulausbildung (vorzugsweise elektrische oder mechanische Ausbildung)

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 4-Schichtsystem (inkl. Wochenenden)

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Begeisterung für technische Abläufe und komplexe Anlagen

* Schichterfahrung in einem Industriebetrieb

* Staplerführerschein mit Praxiserfahrung

* Zuverlässige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenmotivation

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse mind. Sprachniveau B2 (Lesen und Verstehen von Arbeits- und Sicherheitsanweisungen, Schreiben von Arbeitsberichten)
